I have been in the reserves now for about 5 years and there is not a time in my civillian life that during an interview I was asked if I was going to get called up. The law states that they cannot discriminate based on that but yet companies still ask. There needs to be something done about this! If you have ever been in this situation or if you have ever delt with this the first thing to do is to contact ESGR! These people act immediately and will contact the employer and throw the book at them. Second thing is let others know about this company! I am going to add a special location on my forum to add these companies to. They need to be exposed for who they are. If you have another comapy that supports our guardsmen plese post them in the other section.
There will be two sections:
Employers that dont support Guard!
Employers that support our Guard!
